Our Opinion

ServicePlus has grown in popularity due to their low prices, regular discounts, and special offers. Their round-the-clock customer care and broad contractor network have provided them an advantage. However, their lack of availability in all the states and cover cap limitation is a bit of a disadvantage.

ServicePlus Home Warranty Cost

The ServicePlus Platinum Plan costs an average of $41.66 per month and $500 per year, and the Gold Plan costs $45.83 per month and $550 per year.  The exact price of your warranty depends on your state, the size of your house, and additional add-on coverage.

Apart from the monthly or yearly premiums, you’ll be required to pay a deductible of $75 per claim.

  • Coverage: We compare the plans offered by different home warranty providers. The parameters for comparison include systems, appliances, and additional coverage that the company provides.
  • Claims: We examine the customer reviews and their satisfaction with the claims filing process, settlement, and time to complete the process.
  • Transparency And Credibility: We check if the company is registered within a suitable industry and provide details of CEOs, contractors, and several settled claims.
  • Uniqueness: We look out if the company provides extra services, benefits, or coverage options that make them stand out from others in the industry.
